Product Description
This complex wine, with guava and peach on the nose, was derived from hand selected grapes. The burst of flavour and lingering taste on the palate give evidence of the great care taken through the winemaking process. Enjoy this wine with full-flavoured food such as butter chicken curry or caramelised onion and brie pizza.

- Soil Types: Ancient sandstone riverbeds with good water retention.
- Climate: Annual rainfall of 1200 mm, min. temperature 12°C, max. temperature 32°C
- Age of Vines: Planted in 2006
- Vinification: Fermentation for 20 days in stainless steel tanks at 10°C. Extended lease 1 month with batonnage every week.
- Aging: 1-2 years
