You will need:
- PPC cement
- Container to mix in
- Small shovel to mix with
- 500 x 500mm melamine
- Masonite strip + - 70mm X the circumference of your shape
- Nails or screws to make the mould
- 3 x M8 bolt and nuts
- Old washers or bolts
- Scrap wood for spacers
- 700mm chain
- Clock mechanical box and watch hands
- Sealant or paint to seal the concrete

Steps:
- Start with your mould. Using plywood, supawood or melamine, cut out the shape you want for your clock. Using screws or nails, add your masonite strip all around to create a mould.
- Using some scrap wood, position 2 bolts close to the edges – these will be for mounting the clock. You can add some old washers or bolts to give the bolt more grip in the concrete.
- The middle one is to create space for your mechanical box, and to create a hole in the middle for the watch hands to connect to the clock mechanical box. Use scrap wood to create a space to sink the box into the concrete.
- Position it in the centre or wherever you want your watch hands to be, and seal the edges using silicone or duct tape.
- Mix your PPC concrete according to instructions, to a consistency of peanut butter. Full up your mould making sure you tap and shake the concrete into all the edges and conners. You want to see air bubbles escape.
- Cover with plastic and let it dry for at least 48 hours. Once dry, you will notice a much lighter colour. Now you can remove the mould.
- Add your chain and secure it with bolts. Install the watch mechanical box and hands and you are ready to start decorating your clock as you wish.
