Originating in mediterranean regions, Rocket is used widely in cooking and salads. Makes a great companion for Beans, Dill, Lettuce, Mint, Nasturtium and Thyme. A very easy crop to grow. As weather gets hotter flavour strengthens. Sow direct into garden or container.
Wild rocket leaves are jagged and irregular and slightly smaller than regular rocket. More peppery taste adds a tang to salads. Please check medicinal properties carefully before use.
