- Shelf brackets are used to create additional storage space in the form of shelving; they are mounted to the wall with suitable fixings suitable for the type of wall and load that the shelves will be required to carry; the shelf width should not exceed the length of the longest measurement of the bracket which is always affixed to the wall.
- The maximum distance between hole centers of the brackets should never exceed 450mm and carry a maximum of 1.5kg for every 100mm that the bracket extends from the wall including the weight of the actual shell material used per 450mm.
