Product Description
This Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from grapes harvested from vineyards in Robertson, Stellenbosch and the West Coast. These varietals are picked at special degrees of ripeness to make a wine that is supple and round, but focused, with balanced acidity. Fermentation occurs in stainless metal tanks in controlled temperature conditions.

- Nose: Vibrant and inviting, apple, lime and greengage with subtle whiffs of lemon verbena and elderflower
- Palate: Tropical fruit and flavours reminiscent of a Thai green papaya, round and smooth with a refreshingly tangy, yet integrated, acidity. Salad, with hints of fresh pineapple and gooseberry
